1. Overview

Comedy Stream respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Comedy Stream in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on our platform

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court

5. Repeat Infringers

Comedy Stream maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may also limit access to the platform and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting infringes your copyright, please consult with an attorney before filing a notification.
